Used Steve for an event in our community space for his Live Pizza Party. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Live pizza making, lots of toppings to choose from, and also vegan cheese and other vegan options as well as a calzone option. It went down a storm. Great touch that once people where full of pizza, Steve had pizza boxes for people to take pizza back to their apartments. Also opted for a caprese salad which was interesting in the way it was displayed – on bite sized skewers. All in all, a fantastic evening.

We’ve been ordering a weekly prep-meal delivery from Steve for a few months now. My whole family love the food and the fact that we have a range of nutritious freshly cooked food when we get home without having to cook. Steve is flexible on the options and happy to change the menu for our tastes. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of taking a cooking lesson with Chef Steve, specialising in Indian restaurant style cooking, and it was an incredible experience that reignited my passion for cooking. From the moment I stepped into the kitchen, Chef Steve created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made learning enjoyable and engaging.

Chef Steve is not only incredibly knowledgeable about Indian cuisine but also personable, making it easy to ask questions and learn at my own pace. His expertise in various cooking techniques specific to Indian cooking shone through as he skillfully guided us through each step of preparing classic dishes such as jalfrezi , madras, pilau rice and homemade naan. It was clear that he genuinely loves teaching and sharing his passion for the vibrant spices and complex flavour’s that define Indian cuisine.

What I appreciated most was how Chef Steve emphasised the importance of using fresh, high-quality ingredients and explained the significance of each spice in Indian cooking. He shared valuable tips that I’ll carry with me into my own kitchen, especially regarding the art of balancing spices to create authentic flavour’s. The hands-on experience was both fun and educational, leaving me with new skills and newfound confidence in preparing Indian dishes.

Inspired by my time with Chef Steve, I plan to continue my culinary journey with Chef Steve’s wok cooking classes in the near future to further expand my cooking repertoire.

Had a great afternoon with Steve learning to cook restaurant style curries. His approach is very personal and one to one. We made chicken jalfrezi and chicken madras and I couldn’t believe how great they tasted once I got home, and even less could I believe that with Steve’s assistance I had actually cooked them. A very inspiring and motivating cooking session and one which I would highly recommend.
