An Indian Cookery Class led by a multi-award-winning chef with over 30 years of experience in Indian cuisine. This hands-on cooking class is designed to inspire and equip you to recreate a perfectly balanced Indian meal at home—impressing your friends, family, and even yourself!
What I Offer
- Cook from Scratch: Learn how to create each dish step-by-step using fresh ingredients.
- Interactive & Engaging: Ask questions as you go, and watch every method and technique demonstrated at a comfortable pace.
- Allergen/Vegan/ Veg Friendly & Customizable: Accommodations for any dietary preferences (please message me about this in advance).
- Everything Provided for You: Free refreshments, an apron to wear in class and all ingredients etc.
- Sit Down & Eat After the Session, or Take Your Food Home with You (takeaway boxes provided).
- All Recipes & Cooking Method emailed to you after the session.
