Classic North Indian Vegetarian Masterclass – £95 | Dal Makhani (creamy black lentil curry), Rajma Chawal (kidneybean curry with rice), Panner Tikka & Paratha. |
Biryani Mastarclass – £85 | Chicken (or Veg) Biryani, Vegetable Side Curry, Raita, Chapati & Poppadoms. |
Indian Bread Masterclass – £85 | Naan (Plain & Garlic Coriander), Chapati (Roti), Paratha, Puri, Stuffed Paratha & Dal to try your breads with. |
Tikka Tandoori Night – £90 | I demonstrate that these dishes can all be cooked in a conventional oven. Chicken Tikka, Tandoori Chicken, Paneer Tikka. Including all the marinades (Tandoori (red), Coriander & Heb (green) & Malai/Cream (pale). |
Malaysian Street Food – £90 | Nasi Lemak (Malaysia’s traditional breakfast), Nasi Goreng (fried rice), Chicken Skewers & Satay Sauce. |
Gym Prep-Meals – £85 | Whatever your fitness goals we can devise a set of healthy ready meals that you’ll definitely be looking forward to eating. |
Balti Curry Night – £85 | Explore the secrets of Birmingham’s most iconic curries. We’ll cook a balti of your choice, a side, poppodoms, chutney tray and of course some roti to mop it all up. |
Indian Restaurant Curry Night – £100 | Discover why curries always taste different when you eat out! This course includes: Base Gravy, Masala Sauce, Pre-cooked Onions, Pre-Cooked Meats/Veg, Ginger & Garlic Paste, Herbs & Spices and finally 1 Main Curry and a Side Dish of your choice. |
Caribbean Class #1 – £85 | Rice & Peas, Jerk Chicken, Pineapple & Carrot Salad & Plantain. |
Caribbean Class #2 – £90 | Akee & Saltfish (Jamaica’s national dish), Callaloo, Green Banana & Yam. |
Chinese Wok Cookery – £85 | Chicken/Prawn Chow Mein (soft noodles), Egg Foo Yung (Chinese omelette), Chicken Balls & Sweet and Sour Sauce. |
Vegan Lebanese Mezze – £85 | Falafel (chickpea fritters), Hummus (chickpea pate), Babaganouch (aubergine pate), Tabboleh Salad (bulga & parsley), Pickles & Flatbread. |
Childrens Cookery Classes – £45 | A wide selection of bakery & non bakery classes available for children from 8 years and up (accompanied by a parent). Please send me an email for full list of dishes available. |

Class Information
- All Classes are Private & For a Maximum of 2 Guests (2nd Guest receives a 35% Discount)
- Class Duration – Between 3 – 3.5 hours (Kids Classes approximately 90 minutes)
- Class location – B62 0HZ
- I demonstrate all dishes and teach them to you step-by-step as you cook along.
- I provide all ingredients, hot & cold refreshments and an apron.
- Please bring adequate food containers to take home the food cooked & pen and paper for note taking.
